Had a rummage around in our big freezer this morning. Struck #RedGold! #FrozenStrawberries! #Strawberries we had bought back in the late summer of 2015. We had enough to make some #StrawberryAndAppleJam that you see above. We have a #StrawberryAndLemon #NoBakeCheesecake setting in the fridge and some #Strawberry dessert made with #quark and #mascarpone and #cream in the freezer setting too! So the apartment smells wonderful and we are going to have a very #Strawberry weekend, which is brilliant when you consider how cold it is right now! #Blog #Kittilä #Finland #Lapland #Cooking #Chef #ADadAndAChef
