My interpretation of the classic #Finnish #Salmon #Pie.
Smoked salmon and fresh peppers in a egg and cream sauce. The pastry is made from sour cream, butter and flour. It is very simple seasoned with black pepper and salt. http://flic.kr/p/q23qtb
